How does cash on delivery work?
Place your order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp, and you pay the courier in cash when it arrives.
Are there extra charges for cash on delivery?
No. You pay exactly the total shown at checkout. Delivery is free too.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
We confirm your order with you on WhatsApp right after you place it. Once it ships, we send your tracking ID there too.
Can I pay by card instead?
Not at the moment. For now we only accept cash on delivery, so you pay when your order arrives.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
2 to 3 days, anywhere in the UAE.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free across the UAE, with no minimum order.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Not yet. We deliver across the UAE only for now.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We send your tracking ID on WhatsApp once your order is on its way.
Returns
What if it isn't right for my child?
Return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number within 10 days of delivery, and our courier will collect it from you.
How do I get my refund on a COD order?
Refunds are paid by bank transfer, within 6 to 10 days after we receive the return.
